Public Dinner Cruise
The Lone Star Riverboat public dinner cruise departs at 8:00 pm and returns at 10:30 pm on Tuesday, July 4th. Boarding begins at 7:30 pm. We will enjoy the bat emergence, the city fireworks and a terrific view of the city at sunset on a double decker boat that is equipped with air conditioning and restrooms for your comfort. The 2.5-hour cruise includes a BBQ dinner (brisket, chicken and sausage, potato salad, mac & cheese, fruit salad, cookies & cobbler and ice tea). Vegetarian plates featuring grilled vegetable skewers with a side salad are available, but we MUST have prior notification. It is BYOB for all alcohol. No glass containers are allowed. You may bring wine bottles, spirits, and champagne but they must be poured into plastic cups so that no guests are walking around with glass in their hands. Unlimited soft drinks, juices, bottled water and set-ups are included.
The fare for the 2.5 hour dinner cruise is $120.00 per person plus 8.25% state sales tax. This price includes a 20% crew gratuity. Tickets must be purchased in advance and paid in full to confirm your seat. Book your tickets online. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and seating is first come first serve.
Pontoon Boat Bat Watching with Fireworks Cruise
We are also offering a 1.5 hour bat watching cruise with fireworks on our open-air pontoon boat. This tour will be begin boarding at 8:00 pm, depart at 8:30 pm, and return at 10:00 pm on Tuesday, July 4th. These tours are on one story open-air pontoon boats, so ear protection is recommended if needed for the close fireworks noise. We recommend bringing something to drink and small snacks.
The cost for this tour is $50.00 per person plus 8.25% state sales tax. This price includes a 20% crew gratuity. Tickets must be purchased in advance and paid in full to confirm your seat. Book your tickets online. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and seating is first come first serve. Note these are open-air pontoon boats – everyone stays seated and there are NO restrooms on the boats.
We are located next to the South 1st street bridge, 100 yards to the west of the Hyatt Hotel which we use as our address at 208 Barton Springs Road. Traffic and parking will be heavy, so please give yourselves extra time to get to the boats for this very busy night. Tickets are nonrefundable even if you miss the boat.
July 4th Cruise Terms and Conditions
- We urge you to take the traffic into consideration and make every effort to be on the boat prior to departure time. The boat will leave at the designated departure time. If you have not arrived by departure time, you will forfeit your reservation and payment. There will be no free parking available next door due to the fireworks event.
- In case of extremely bad weather as determined by the captain or problems which might affect boat safety, payment will be refunded. Payment is NOT REFUNDABLE FOR ANY OTHER REASONS. By purchasing tickets online, you agree that payment is non-refundable for any reason.
